We will move freely on our bare foot, with the intention to tune into our true self, letting our free spirit & bodies moving together, finding our infinite joy & potential.
We will activate all chakra's (energy centers) with focus on the crown chakra. The crown chakra reconnects us with our own divine essence and universal wisdom that we are all connected to.
The dance will be inspired by spirit mudra's, poetry, your dance of self & connection. This dance feels like a dancing prayer, a moving meditation.

'Joy is a divine quality of our true self, which is inherently lighthearted, playful, and free. You can see the full expression of this joy in young children who haven’t learned to worry or take themselves too seriously. They play and laugh freely, finding wonder in the smallest things.
