AWAKEN IN YOUR BODY ~ IN YOUR RHYTHM
This session we will dance with the rhythms of the earth, our first chakra, our base, element Earth. Awakening in your natural rhythm, in your Body, your Confidence, your Roots. Your body is your temple. 'Dancing with the earth fills the dancer with a sense of being in tune with the basic life force and through this connection a revitalization process begins.'
THE DANCE ♥ Journey through the chakras ♥ energy centers in your body ~ to remember, awaken, rise & embody
* We will dance easy choreographed & free moves**, dancing body mudras, awakening movement and ROOTING in our body. Through the 7 main chakra's, the filosofy of TAO. Dancing and Moving where pleasure is our guidance, inspired by world music tunes.
* You will then be travel fluently into a guided & free dance journey - a dance poetry - deeper awaking & opening into the earth chakra ~ through music, dance, movement meditation, stillness, connection and beyond ♥ Silence & relaxation will be part of your dance ♥
**The choreography is a SuryaSoul® conscious alive dance, movement and meditation journey. With dynamic and soft rhythms, melodies from the whole world. We move, we shine, we dance, we sing, we meditate and include! (more info on SuryaSoul® see below)
WHY WE DANCE
To deeper connect with our true self. We dance to remember who we truely are, to connect with our joy and innate wisdom, to awaken & root in our body & life. Dancing is an expression of the soul. Movement is Medicine.
