Spring symbolizes new life, rebirth, joy & love. The light begins to shine more brightly. Flowers spring into bloom. At this time everything enters a state of renewal.
We will welcome this in our dance, our body, soul & life!

We awaken our life force energy through a gentle and dynamic movement journey, We bring our energy centers (chakra’s) alive.

SuryaSoul® – a Dance Of Life – is a worldwide conscious embodied Dance, Movement & Meditation practice based on the Chakra system (the 7 energy centers) and the Tao & Integral Yoga philosophies. It includes inspiring rhythms and music from all genres. SuryaSoul® (surya=sun in sanskrit) creates an effective system for health and growth. It is an open invitation to every Body & Soul. In the Dance we discover our hidden wild nature, to feel alive and strong, to manifest both our feminine and masculine energies. We meet our own inner wisdom and shine like the sun.
We will dance with body & spirit mudra’s, freely expressing our body & soul.
From there we will dance our own & collective dance poetry. A music embodiment where movement is a sacred ritual. When presence becomes the door to awareness. A dive into the space of sound and the infinite of silence.

We dance in a beautiful space, wooden floor, velvet curtains. A free abundant space for your roots & wings.
