This time we will dance & root in our sixt, third eye chakra, the element of light. The area of your head, eyes, brains, your senses.. Awakening in your intuition, vision, deeper wisdom, insights, consciousness, imagination, senses,
THE DANCE ♥ Journey through the chakras ♥ energy centers in your body ~ awakening & letting flow
* We will dance easy choreographed & free moves**, dancing body mudras, awakening movement and ROOTING in our body. Through the 7 main chakra's, the filosofy of TAO. Breathing, Dancing and Moving where pleasure is our guidance, inspired by world music tunes.
* You will then be guided fluently into a free dance journey - a dance poetry - awaking your sixth chakra ~ through music, imagination, dancing & expression your self, connecting with your inner wisdom, ♥ guided by your intuition. Letting go, surrender to your dance. Silence & relaxation will be part of the dance ♥
**The choreography is a SuryaSoul® conscious alive dance, movement and meditation journey. With dynamic and soft rhythms, melodies from the whole world. We move, we shine, we dance, we sing, we meditate and include! (more info on SuryaSoul® see below)
